Abstract

SELO UNIFICADO COM LUVA FLANGEADA INTEGRAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um selo de face que inclui uma bolsa elastomérica que inclui uma porção de fole que estende-se radialmente de uma porção de tubo. A porção de tubo inclui uma extremidade flangeada que tem uma superfície cónica em uma extremidade dianteira e uma superfície plana em uma extremidade traseira. Uma mola está disposta ao redor da porção de tubo e tem uma primeira extremidade disposta contra a bolsa. Uma arruela de selo está disposta ao redor da porção de tubo e acopla uma segunda extremidade da mola. A arruela de selo inclui uma porção que estende-se radialmente para fora que acopla a porção de fole. Uma sede de selo está disposta ao redor da porção de tubo e tem uma superfície de face que é acoplada pela arruela de selo. A sede de selo está sustentada por um ilhós que tem um lábio de retenção para acoplar a porção de tubo.
