Abstract

FERRAMENTA DIVISìVEL POR INSERçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta divisível por inserção inclui: um suporte e um elemento de cabeça tendo uma sede do engaste da inserção pelo qual uma inserção tendo uma borda de corte é para ser presa, e montado em uma porção distai do suporte, onde o elemento de cabeça inclui um primeiro mordente tendo uma face de aperto e um segundo mordente tendo uma face de base, a face de aperto e a face de base se opondo de modo a constituírem a sede do engaste da inserção, um para fuso de aperto tendo uma porção de eixo e uma porção de compressão é disposto na porção dista do suporte em uma tal maneira que, em uma vista virada para a porção distal do suporte ao longo de uma direção estendida da sede do engaste da inserção, o parafuso de aperto fica inclinado com relação á direção estendida da sede do engaste da inserção e se estende gradualmente para o interior do suporte enquanto se estendendo do primeiro mordente para o segundo mordente, o suporte é provido com um furo rosqueado que pode ser engatado com a porção de eixo do parafuso de aperto, o primeiro mordente é provido com um revestimento pontual acomodando a porção de compressão do parafuso de aperto, e o eixo geométrico central do revestimento pontual e o eixo geométrico do furo rosqueado se interceptam de maneira oblíqua.
