Abstract

MáQUINA DE PRODUZIR GELO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina de produzir gelo dotada de um reservatório de formação de gelo (2), um tanque auxiliar (6) e uma região (5) de depósito de gelo. O interior do reservatório (2) é provido de um elemento de transporte (16), uma pá (4) movimentável angularmente e um evaporador do tipo dedo (3), o qual forma as peças de gelo. Durante o processo de fabricação de gelo, a pá (4) movimenta-se periodicamente em baixas freqúências de modo a atrair as partículas de impurezas e sais da água para esta movimentação, deixando-as longe das regiões de formação das peças de gelo. Através da máquina da invenção são produzidas peças de gelo livres de impurezas.
