composição antimicrobiana e utilização de composição antimicrobiana. a presente invenção trata de uma composição antimicrobiana que pode ser aplicada em pessoas e animais sem efeitos secundários por qualquer via de aplicação para a prevenção o tratamento de doenças provocadas por bactérias, fungos e protozoários pode ser usada em grãos, sementes e alimentos para pessoas e animais, assim como também para o controle de infecções em fermentações esta composição não deixa resíduos tóxicos, nem nos alimentos, nem nas carcaças dos animais não se conhecem efeitos colaterais ou secundários pode ser usada durante toda a vida dos animais e não se conhecem resistências microbianas. esta invenção trata de uma composição compreendendo um ácido graxo hidroxilado ou um triglicéride contendo ácidos graxos hidroxilados na sua composição em combinação com líquido de castanha de caju e/ou qualquer um dos seus componentes (cardol, cardanol e ácido anacárdico) e/ou ácidos orgânicos.
