Abstract

APARELHOS E MéTODO PARA MANUFATURAR ARTIGOS OCOS DE MATERIAIS PLáSTICOS POR MOLDAGEM A SOPRO. Onde uma máquina de moldagem a sopro engloba a estação de pré-forma tendo disposto ao menos uma extrusora, incluindo ao menos uma matriz de parison a jusante, engloba ao menos uma estação de sopro a qual um aparelho de sopro está disposto com ao menos um mandril de sopro e calibração, e ao menos um sistema de molde tendo um molde de sopro disposto por baixo de ao menos uma matriz de parison para acomodar o parison extrudado plastificado termicamente fora de ao menos uma matriz de parison entre as metades abertas do molde, o molde de sopro sendo movido para dentro da estação de sopro após a metade dos moldes terem sido fechadas, a máquina de moldagem a sopro é caracterizada na estação de sopro disposta frontalmente em frente é estação de pré-forma e em paralelo com o sistema de molde. Esta configuração tem a conseqúência do trajeto de viagem do sistema de molde, a partir da estação de pré-forma à estação de sopro e volta sendo que pode ser minimizada através do tempo em ciclos da máquina de moldagem a sopro que é reduzido consideravelmente.
