Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO E ISOLAMENTO DE áCIDO MICOFENóLICO E SEUS SAIS. é descrito um processo para produção e isolamento de ácido micofenólico e seus sais, o ácido micofenólico sendo cristalizado na extração líquido/líquido de um cultivo de Penici/lium sp.CASP5, isolado do fruto do café (Coffea arabica L.) em coco e/ou beneficiado após assepsia. O processo compreende inocular placas em meio de cultura BDA a partir de frutos esterilizados de café em coco e/ou beneficiado, obtendo fungos após incubação a temperatura ambiente; dessas placas assim inoculadas e incubadas, isolar, repicar e cultivar o fungo Penicilijum sp. CASP5 por um período de tempo entre 4 e 20 dias; filtrar para separar micélio e filtrado e submeter o filtrado a duas extrações; reduzir a fase orgânica obtida até 25 a 10 mL e em seguida acrescentar o mesmo volume de solvente à base de hidrocarbonetos e deixar a solução em repouso para o ácido micofenólico cristalizar; e recuperar o ácido micofenólico cristalizado com grau de pureza 98%, conforme obtido do espectro de RMN de 'H.PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION AND INSULATION OF MYPHENPHENIC ACID AND ITS SALTS. A process for the production and isolation of mycophenolic acid and its salts is described, mycophenolic acid being crystallized in the liquid / liquid extraction of a Penici / lium sp.CASP5 culture, isolated from coffee fruit (Coffea arabica L.) in coconut and / or benefited after asepsis. The process comprises inoculating plaques in BDA culture medium from sterilized and / or processed coffee bean fruits, obtaining fungi after incubation at room temperature; From these plates inoculated and incubated, isolate, subculture and cultivate the fungus Penicilijum sp. CASP5 for a period of time between 4 and 20 days; filter to separate mycelium and filtrate and subject the filtrate to two extractions; reduce the obtained organic phase to 25 to 10 mL and then add the same volume of hydrocarbon solvent and leave the solution to stand for mycophenolic acid to crystallize; and recovering 98% pure crystallized mycophenolic acid as obtained from the 1 H NMR spectrum.
