Abstract

JUNTA ROSQUEADA PARA TUBOS Uma junta metálica rosqueada tem as superfície da rosca de pino (100) e de caixa (200) cobertas com um revestimento, que compreende uma primeira camada (24) disposta na superfície global do elemento pino (100), e uma segunda camada (25) disposta em parte das superfícies de qualquer um dos elementos pino ou caixa. Em um primeiro aspecto, o revestimento compreende uma primeira camada com propriedades de alto coeficiente de atrito e antiemperramento, disposta em toda a superfície do elemento pino (100), e uma segunda camada (25) com propriedades de baixo coeficiente de atrito, disposta em partes especificas das superfícies de qualquer um dos elementos pino ou caixa. De preferência, as superfícies específicas são aquelas que estão em contato radial recíproco, durante constituição, até que o pino e a caixa atinjam o ponto no qual os ressaltos (9, 10) ficam em contato entre si. A segunda camada pode conter politetrafluoroetileno (PTFE) . Em um segundo aspecto, a primeira camada com propriedades de alto coeficiente de atrito e antiemperramento é disposta em toda a superfície do elemento caixa (200).
