Abstract

COLHEITADEIRA DE ALGODãO DE ARRASTO ACIONADA MEDIANTE UMA UNIDADE MOTRIZ INDEPENDENTE A presente invenção refere-se a uma colheitadeira de algodão de arrasto acionada mediante uma unidade motriz independente, caracterizada pelo fato de compreender: uma plataforma recolhedora do algodão do tipo arrancadora que compreende uma série de pontas alinhadas paralelamente na direção de avanço, na qual a extremidade dianteira das pontas se encontra próxima ao nível do chão e a extremidade traseira forma uma rampa inclinada ascendente; um dispositivo limpador que recebe o algodão colhido proveniente da plataforma recolhedora, o dispositivo limpador compreendendo cilindros dentados giratórios que engatam o algodão e expulsam os corpos pesados ou impurezas toda vez que uma escova rotativa tangente aos cilindros dentados resgata o algodão limpo dos dentes dos ditos cilindros; e um encaixe que recebe o algodão limpo proveniente do dispositivo limpador, o armazena e o transporta.
