Abstract

SISTEMA DE FIXADOR. Esta invenção fornece um sistema de fixador tendo um perfil de seção transversal de rosca externa que inclui um novo apêndice de rosca assimétrica que não tem a desvantagem de centralizar a rosca da cavilha externa na cavidade de rosca da porca interna. Superando-se as desvantagens do perfil de rosca simétrico da técnica anterior, será observado um uso mais útil e eficiente das forças aplicadas durante a aplicação do fixador externamente rosqueado, em direção antirrotacional e resistência melhorada para afrouxamento a partir de influências externas tais como vibrações de montagem e outras. Em uma forma de realização ilustrativa o apêndice estende-se radialmente para fora do perfil das faces dianteira e traseira da rosca externa. Pode ser definida uma borda dianteira e borda traseira de apêndice associadas que são cada uma aproximadamente lineares. A face traseira pode ter um perfil em raio em uma forma de realização. Em outras formas de realização, a face dianteira também pode ser arredondada.
