Abstract

PNEUMáTICO COM BANDA DE RODAGEM ALTAMENTE CARREGADA COM UMA COMBINAçãO DE REFORçO DE CARGA E óLEO. Essa invenção se refere aos pneumáticos de alto desempenho para velocidades veiculares altas possuindo bandas de rodagem finas com uma espessura máxima de cerca de três centímetros com uma superfície de rolamento que é compreendida de uma composição de borracha que é altamente carregada com uma combinação de carga de reforço e óleo de processamento de borracha. A combinação da carga de reforço é compreendida de negro de fumo condutor e opcionalmente pelo menos um negro de fumo de reforço de borracha clássico e sílica precipitada e suas misturas. Esse alto nível de uma combinação de carga de reforço seletiva em conjunto com óleo de processamento de borracha na borracha da banda de rodagem é provido para promover uma redução na geração de calor interno dentro da banda de rodagem fina durante velocidades veiculares altas, especificamente para veículos destinados ao uso como carros de corrida. O reforço de negro de fumo é provido como sendo compreendido de um negro de fumo condutor, que pode ser opcionalmente combinado com um negro de fumo de reforço de borracha clássico e que pode opcionalmente ser combinado com sílica sintética amorfa, a saber, sílica precipitada para ajudar a prover uma passagem para condutividade térmica através da banda de rodagem pneumática fina carregada com carga de reforço alta e óleo de processamento de borracha para sua superfície de rolamento e conseqüentemente para o solo, a fim de promover a redução na formação de calor interno da banda de rodagem, durante a operação de alta velocidade do pneumático.
