A presente invenção, Implante Osseointegrável com Parafuso Estabilizador Apical Transpassante tem por objetivo proporcionar um aprimoramento da estabilização primária e anti-rotacional dos implantes osseointegráveis, e com isso, visa um aumento dos sucessos para os implantes dentários imediatos unitários, como também os inseridos imediatamente em um seio maxilar levantado por acesso lateral e os inseridos em regiões de defeitos ósseos.
