Abstract

DIGESTOR CONTìNUO COM CIRCULAçãO DE FLUIDO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aperfeiçoado modelo de pelo menos um dentre os procedimentos de resfriamento, diluição e lavagem na base de um digestor contínuo, para a produção de polpa de celulose. Ao se dispor de pelo menos uma seção de filtração extra (30) acima da seção de filtração mais inferior (2), com a adição do fluido de lavagem ou fluido de diluição entre a seção de filtração extra e a seção de filtração mais inferior, pode ser adicionada uma maior quantidade de fluido de lavagem na base do digestor, sem oposição do fluxo da coluna de cavacos, isso proporcionando espaço para aumento de produção, para aperfeiçoamento do fluxo da coluna de cavacos ou para combinação desses efeitos, ao mesmo tempo em que se mantém satisfatórios procedimentos de resfriamento, lavagem e diluição na base do digestor.
