Abstract
PROCESSO PARA EXTRAçãO DOS COMPOSTOS DE LìTIO PRESENTES NAS BATERIAS SECUNDáRIAS DE ìONS LìTIO, para proceder com a separação dos compostos de lítio, dito processo inicia com a extração dos mesmos dos eletrodos e separadores através da imersão em uma mistura de etanol comercial e acetona 5% na; após preferencialmente 2 horas a extração é completada, os eletrodos, separadores, contatos de níquel, e alumínio e fitas plásticas são retirados e utilizados posteriormente para reciclagem e a solução passa por uma filtração para obtenção dos compostos de lítio, que é seco e pesado; no dito filtrado, além dos compostos de lítio, tem-se a solução de álcool, acetona, resíduos do solvente, eletrólito da bateria; além disso, o filtrado obtido da filtração (álcool, acetona e resíduos do eletrólito das baterias) é destilado, obtendo álcool 96 GL que pode ser usado novamente no processo de extração dos compostos de lítio.
