Abstract

"TRUQUE DE VAGãO DE CARGA E CALçO DE DESGASTE POLIMéRICO PARA UMA CUNHA USADA EM UM CONJUNTO DE TRUQUE DE VAGãO FERROVIáRIO". Cunhas divididas deslocadas contra superfícies superiores inclinadas e as paredes laterais de cavidades nas extremidades da travessa de um truque de vagão ferroviário, são fornecidas com placas de desgaste não metálicas que interfaceiam com paredes laterais de cavidade para reduzir ou eliminar desgaste da parede lateral da cavidade. As placas de desgaste são calços poliméricos tipicamente fundidos selecionados dentre o grupo que compreende náilon, Delrin, UHMW e uretano, têm uma dureza na faixa entre cerca de 700<198> a 900<198> e um coeficiente de atrito de deslizamento de cerca de 0,10 até cerca de 0,30. Os calços são montados em recessos dentro das paredes laterais das cunhas, e são mantidos no lugar por dispositivos tais como fixadores rosqueados para facilidade de substituição.
