Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE MANCAL RESISTENTE A CONTAMINANTE". Um conjunto de mancal resistente a contaminante inclui uma vedação com múltiplos rebordos com uma cobertura estendida suportada do anel externo e se projetando adjacente a um ressalto escalonado de anel interno. Um defletor de aço suportado do anel interno é desviado para fora adjacente à cobertura e inclui uma borda radialmente externa terminando bem próximo adjacente à conexão da cobertura de vedação ao anel externo. O defletor inclui uma porção externa inclinada para dentro da direção radial e suportando uma vedação labial que contata uma porção inclinada da cobertura de vedação em uma localização central entre os anéis. Um degrau primário usinado sobre o anel interno impede que o defletor seja empurrado para a vedação.
