Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO DE TUBOS DE VIDRO INTERNAMENTE REVESTIDOS E USO DE UM TUBO DE VIDRO INTERNAMENTE REVESTIDO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para fabricação de um tubo de vidro com uma superfície interna revestida, por estiramento de uma corrida de vidro (5) para uma câmara (8) de vidro amolecido e moldagem a quente em um tubo de vidro (9). Durante o processo, uma substância é introduzida na câmara (8) de vidro amolecido. De acordo com a invenção, a substância é introduzida como um aerossol, e a superfície interna é revestida por meio da substância durante a moldagem a quente. O processo permite um revestimento interno económico, com um processo de estiramento contínuo de vidro. Em decorrência disto, por exemplo, tubos de vidro internamente revestidos com elevada resistência hidrolítica podem ser fabricados. A invenção ainda se refere a um aparelho adequado para fabricação de tubos de vidro internamente revestidos, e ao uso de tubos de vidro fabricados por este meio para posterior processamento de um corpo moldado de vidro, internamente revestido, por exemplo, como embalagem primária no campo farmacêutico.
