Abstract

APARELHO PARA ACONDICIONAR PRODUTOS EM CAIXAS Um aparelho para acondicionar produtos em caixas, do tipo que compreende um pedestal suporte (4), um estojo (5) para alimentação contínua de caixas (3) em uma configuração achatada, no mínimo um dispositivo (6) para pegar as caixas (3) de dito estojo (5) e para abrir ditas caixas (3) em uma configuração substancialmente paralelepipédica, no mínimo um alimentador (7) de produtos (2) a serem colocados nas caixas e, no mínimo, um carrossel rotativo (8) que é adaptado para acomodar as caixas (3) em uma configuração paralelepipédica, desde dito dispositivo de pega e a abertura (6) em uma pluralidade de receptáculos periféricos (9), cada um dos quais tem no mínimo um lado aberto (10), o carrossel rotativo (8) sendo ainda dotado de dispositivo impulsionador axial (11) que é adequado para inserir os produtos (2) nas respectivas caixas (3) através dos lados abertos (10), e que é ainda adequado para transportar as caixas (3) cheias com os produtos (2) no sentido de estações de produção subseqüentes (12, 13), o aparelho sendo caracterizado pelo fato do transportador alimentador (7) compreender no mínimo um elemento de circuito fechado (14) que é fechado em uma alça e é dotado, em sua superfície externa, de uma distribuição uniforme de taças suporte (15) que são adaptadas para transportar os produtos (2) a serem colocados nas caixas desde no mínimo um alimentador até o carrosel rotativo (8), o elemento de circuito fechado (14) sendo associado com dispositivo de atuação (15a) que é adequado para produzir o avanço de das taças (15) com os produtos (2) a serem colocados em caixas em escalonamento da rotação do carrosel rotativo (8), de modo a permitir sua inserção, um a um nas respectivas caixas (3) por meio do dispositivo impulsionador axial (11).
