Abstract
"USOS DE UM MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PEçAS POLìMERAS NA FORMA DE ESPUMA DE BORRACHA DE SILICONE LìQUIDO". A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de um método para a produção de uma peça polímera conformada espumada com borracha de silicone líquido LSR como composição de modelagem, pode ser produzida uma peça polímera que tenha um grau de formação de espuma de 5 a 70% em volume e/ou uma dureza Shore A reduzida de pelo menos 10% em relação a uma peça polímera conformada de LSR não espumada. Nesse método, a composição de modelagem está presente antes do processamento na forma de dois componentes separados (A,B). No início da preparação esses componentes são transportados separadamente em duas correntes sob pressão elevada e uma impregnação substancialmente contínua com um agente de expansão (C) é executado - em ambos ou em apenas um dos componentes. Após a impregnação, as duas correntes (32a, 32b) são levadas juntas e também misturadas juntas sob elevada pressão. Finalmente, enquanto se reduz a pressão, a mistura reativa formada durante a misturação é injetada em uma cavidade aquecida de uma ferramenta conformadora na qual a composição de modelagem é espumada simultaneamente com uma reação de encadeamento cruzado. A peça polímera conformada que é produzida forma um corpo que é projetado de acordo com seu propósito, em relação a uma interação com um objeto ativado ou com o=um outro objeto não ativado.
