Abstract

COMPOSIçãO POLIMéRICA BIODEGRADáVEL E MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO POLIMéRICA BIODEGRADáVEL, compreendendo o poli (hidroxibutirato) ou seus copolímeros, um agente plastificante obtido de fonte renovável; um aditivo nucleante; um aditivo auxiliar de fluxo; e um aditivo estabilizante térmico. O processo de obtenção compreende as etapas de misturar a uma carga de PHB ou PHBV em pó, cerca de 2% a 30% de um plastificante a base de óleos vegetais "in natura" e ácidos graxas de origem animal e vegetal, destilados e hidrogenados; misturar ao biopolímero já contendo o plastificante, um aditivo estabilizante térmico; um aditivo nucleante; e um aditivo auxiliar de fluxo; e extrudar a composição obtida na etapa anterior de modo a promover, no estado fundido, a incorporação dos aditivos na matriz de PHB ou PHBV e sua subseqüente granulação.
