Abstract

SISTEMA DE MONITORAMENTO E ALARME PARA MANCAIS DE FILME DE ÓLEO PARA LAMINADORES. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de monitoramento e alarme para um laminador no qual é bombeado óleo de um reservatório (14) através de tubulações de alimentação (22) e ramal de linhas de alimentação (22a) para mancais de filme de óleo (10) e óleo é retornado dos mancais (10) através de ramal linhas de drenagem (24a) e tubulações de retorno (24) para o reservatório (14). O sistema compreende sensores posicionados em pelo menos um ramal das linhas de alimentação (22a), um ramal das linhas de drenagem (24a) e os mancais (10). Os sensores são operacionais para detectar diversos parâmetros indicativos das condições operacionais do mancal e gerar sinais de estado representativo deles. Um controlador avalia os sinais de estado e dispara sinais de advertência quando os sinais de estado indicam que os mancais estão em perigo de serem danificados por operação continuada. Alarmes respondem aos sinais de advertência e alertam o pessoal operacional do laminador para tal perigo.
