Abstract
CODIFICAçãO DE VIDEO ESCALONáVEL COM ENCODIFICAçãO DE DUAS CAMADAS E DECODIFICAçãO DE úNICA CAMADA. Algumas modalidades compreendem um método para decodificar um fluxo de bits de video que inclui receber uma primeira camada de dados e uma segunda camada de dados, combinar os dados recebidos da primeira camada e os dados da segunda camada recebida e decodificar os dados combinados.
