Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A DETERMINAçãO DAS GEOMETRIAS DA ENGRENAGEM DE UM EMPARELHAMENTO DE RODAS DENTADAS DE DUAS RODAS DENTADAS, COM EIXOS QUE SE INTERCEPTAM. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a determinação das geometrias da engrenagem de um emparelhamento de rodas dentadas de duas rodas dentadas com eixos que se interceptam, sendo que, o processo abrange as seguintes etapas: especificação de uma primeira geometria da engrenagem de uma primeira roda dentada virtual; cálculo da geometria, resultante de um processo de desenvolvimento de um dente (1) da geometria especificada da primeira roda dentada virtual com produção conjugada, da engrenagem de uma segunda roda dentada virtual, sendo que, o processo de desenvolvimento, que serve como base para cálculo do dente (1) da primeira roda dentada virtual, em sua posição de simetria termina no vão entre dentes (3) da segunda roda dentada virtual; cálculo da geometria dos flancos do dente resultante da produção conjugada para trás, dos dentes da primeira roda dentada mediante tomada como base de um processo de desenvolvimento completo de um dente da segunda roda dentada virtual com a primeira roda dentada virtual; determinação da geometria definitiva da engrenagem da primeira roda dentada de acordo com a geometria dos flancos do dente da engrenagem da primeira roda dentada calculada na etapa anterior; determinação da geometria definitiva da engrenagem da segunda roda dentada de acordo com a geometria dos flancos do dente da engrenagem da segunda roda dentada virtual calculada anteriormente.
