Abstract

FREIO A DISCO DO TIPO PONTUAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um freio a disco do tipo pontual (1) com um alojamento (2), compreendendo uma ponte de alojamento (3), com pelo menos uma perna de alojamento (6), tendo uma unidade de atuação (4, 5) compreendendo uma unidade de atuação (5) e um componente (4), móvel ao longo de um eixo de movimento (13). Proporciona-se ainda pelo menos uma sapata de freio (21), que é disposta no componente (4) e é suportada deslizantemente em pelo menos um suporte (27, 28). A sapata de freio (21) é apertada com o suporte (27, 28) contra uma superfície de contato (15, 16) por meio de uma mola de retenção (14). Um objetivo da invenção é descrever um freio a disco do tipo pontual com uma mola de retenção, que apresenta um procedimento de liberação aperfeiçoado das sapatas de freio. De acordo com a invenção, esse objetivo é alcançado pelo fato de que a superfície de contato (15, 16) da mola de retenção (14) é disposta antiparalela ao eixo de movimento (13). Desse modo, não apenas uma força de pré-carga FR é produzida, mas também um componente de força Fx normal a ela, que auxilia no movimento de retração da sapata de freio (21) do disco de freio, aperfeiçoando desse modo o procedimento de liberação.
