Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇçO DE UREIA E PLANTA RELACIONADA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de uréia a partir de amônia e diáxido de carbono, criado para reagir a uma pressão alta pré-determinada em um reator de síntese apropriado (12), obtendo~ 'uma solução aquosa compreendendo uréia, carbamato de amônio e amônia, recuperação do carbamato e amônia a partir da solução aquosa através das etapas de decomposição do carbamato e remoção térmica ("stripping térmico") da amônia e do dióxido de carbono assim produzidos no separador ("stripper") respectivo (14), sua subseqúente recondensação em carbamato, em um condensador respectivo (16), reciclo do carbamato para o reator de síntese (12), as referidas etapas, junto com a reação de síntese da uréia, todas sendo realizadas substancialmente a mesma pressão alta; o processo compreendendo as etapas posteriors de: - introduzir oxigênio de passivação no reator de síntese (12); - recuperar, a partir do dito reator (12), um efluente gasoso compreendendo díóxído de carbono e amônia não reagidos e oxigênio de passivação; - alimentar o efluente gasoso a partir do reator de síntese (12) na base (14b) do separador (14), para a passivação de no mínimo parte do interior do separador (14).PROCESS FOR UREA PRODUCTION AND RELATED PLANT. The present invention relates to a process for producing urea from ammonia and carbon dioxide created to react at a predetermined high pressure in an appropriate synthesis reactor (12) to obtain an aqueous solution comprising urea, ammonium and ammonium carbamate, recovery of carbamate and ammonia from aqueous solution through the carbamate decomposition steps and thermal stripping of the ammonia and carbon dioxide thus produced in the stripper (14), its subsequent carbamate recondensation, in a respective condenser (16), recycled carbamate to the synthesis reactor (12), said steps, together with the urea synthesis reaction, all being performed substantially the same. high pressure; the process comprising the subsequent steps of: introducing passivation oxygen into the synthesis reactor (12); recovering from said reactor (12) a gaseous effluent comprising unreacted carbon dioxide and ammonia and passivation oxygen; - supplying the gaseous effluent from the synthesis reactor (12) at the base (14b) of the separator (14) to passivate at least part of the interior of the separator (14).
