Abstract
Método de moldagem por injeção de metal para a cobertura de uma camisa de turbina. Um método para a produção de uma plaqueta (48) ("puck") para a cobertura de uma camisa de turbina, inclui: fornecer uma mistura entre um pó metálico e um ligante; fundir o dito ligante e conformar a dita mistura em uma preforma (70) apresentando uma formato pré estabelecido de conformidade com a superfície (18) da guia de fluxo da camisa: remover a maioria da dito ligante da dita preforma (70); e aquecer a dita preforma (70) de modo a remover o restante do dita ligante e de modo a sinterizar o dita pó metálico unido para formar a dita plaqueta (48). Uma camisa de turbina pode ser reparada através da união da plaqueta (48) na sua superficie (18) da guia de fluxo.
