Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A SìNTESE DE DIORGANOSSILANOS POR DESPROPORCIONAçãO DE HIDRIDOSSILOXANOS. A presente invenção fornece um novo método para o preparo de diorganossilanos pela desproporcionação de didridossiloxanos compreendendo pelo menos um grupo SiH terminal e pelo menos uma ligação siloxano na presença de catalisadores de ácido de Lewis. A reação é tanto seletiva e ocorre sob condições brandas. O triarilborano, tris(pentafluorfenil)borano, é especialmente adequado para uso como um catalisador na reação. Catalisadores orgânicos tais como tris(pentafluorfenii)borano são tipicamente preferidos, devido à sua maior solubilidade e estabilidade na mistura reacional, em relação a catalisadores de ácido de Lewis inorgânicos. O produto, diorganossilano, pode ser isolado da mistura de produto por técnicas convencionais tais como destilação.
