Abstract

CONJUNTO DE VÁLVULA REGULADA PARA SISTEMAS DE EXTINÇçO DE FOGO. A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de válvula possui um corpo de válvula tendo uma seção de entrada para um fluido pressurizado e uma saída. Um pistão é móvel dentro do corpo de válvula entre uma posição aberta e uma posição fechada bloqueando a comunicação de fluido. O pistão possui uma seção de extremidade, uma seção de vedação e uma seção central localizada entre a seção da extremidade e a seção de vedação. Uma cavidade recebe o pistão dentro do corpo de válvula. A cavidade possui uma câmara superior, uma câmara intermediária e uma câmara inferior. Uma mola dentro da câmara superior exerce uma força de mola no pistão para impelir o pistão para a posição aberta. Um dispositivo atuador prepara-se na atuação para um primeiro fluxo de fluido fora da cavidade , da seção de entrada para a câmara superior, O primeiro fluxo leva a pressão dentro da câmara superior a aumentar-se até chegar a mesma daquela de dentro do recipiente, de modo que a força da mola move o pistão para a posição aberta. Na posição aberta, um fluxo principal de fluido flui da seção de entrada, via a câmara intermediária, para a saída.
