Abstract

PROCESSO DE SOPRO ELéTRICO A presente invenção refere-se a um processo aperfeiçoado de sopro elétrico que é empregado para formar uma rede fibrosa de nanofibras, em que uma corrente polimérica é ejetada de um bocal de fiação em uma fieira com o auxilio de uma corrente de gás posterior e uma rede de nanofibras resultante é então coletada em um dispositivo de coleta. O processo inclui a aplicação de uma alta voltagem ao dispositivo de coleta a ligação da fieira à terra de tal maneira que um campo elétrico é gerado entre a fieira e o dispositivo de coleta com uma intensidade suficiente para aplicar uma carga elétrica no polímero à medida que é ejetado do bocal de fiação.
