Abstract
MéTODO E APARELHO PARA APLICAçãO DE PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO AERADO DE BASE SECA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir e aplicar um produto alimentício que provê um suprimento de base de produto na forma de um pó seco, mistura uma quantidade selecionada deste pó com uma quantidade selecionada de água para produzir um volume selecionado de mistura de base de pó/água. Este volume é então fluido ao longo de uma passagem de turbulência confinada de modo que a base de pó dissolva completamente na água para formar um volume selecionado de base de produto líquido. Em uma localização mais adiante ao longo da passagem, o ar é injetado na base de produto líquido para fornecer à base de produto liquido uma quantidade selecionada de aeração por meio de que um volume selecionado de um produto líquido aerado homogêneo sai da passagem. Um sabor pode ser adicionado ao produto liquido aerado e este produto pode ser pelo menos parcialmente congelado para formar um confeito congelado.
