Abstract
MANIPULADOR DE TRANSLAçãO, LINHA DE PROCESSAMENTO E MéTODO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE PEçAS DE TRABALHO. A presente invenção refere-se a um manipulador de translação que pode ser fabricado em baixo custo para transportar peças de trabalho nas estações de processamento em uma linha de processamento transportada vertical que pode ser facilmente adaptada às circunstâncias variáveis sem ter que completamente reprojetar a linha de processamento. O manipulador compreende pelo menos um elemento de deslocamento (10) que é deslocável ao longo de um recurso de guia conectando pelo menos duas estações de processamento para as peças de trabalho (9), pelo menos um elemento de levantamento (11) bem como pelo menos um elemento pegador (12) para as peças de trabalho (9) que é montado nos ditos elementos de levantamento (11). Os elementos de levantamento (11) e os elementos pegadores (12) montados sobre eles são extensíveis em uma maneira modular de modo que os elementos de levantamento (11) se estendem através de uma pluralidade de fileiras de estações de processamento e que as peças de trabalho (9) mantidas nas estações podem ser respectivamente seguradas pelos elementos pegadores (12).
