Abstract

FORMULAçãO DE LIBERAçãO MODIFICADA DE MEMANTINA A presente invenção fornece composições farmacêuticas administradas uma vez ao dia que contêm pelo menos um ingrediente terapeuticamente ativo selecionado do grupo que consiste em memantina e um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável de memantina e um transportador de matriz polimérica farmaceuticamente aceitável. As formas de dosagem da invenção sustentam a liberação do agente terapeuticamente ativo de cerca de 4 a cerca de 24 horas quando a referida forma de dosagem é exposta soluções aquosas. Seguindo-se a entrada da referida forma em um ambiente de uso, onde a referida forma de dosagem tem uma taxa de dissolução de não mais que cerca de 80% após passagem de cerca de 6 horas a cerca de 12 horas após a referida entrada no referido ambiente de uso.
