Abstract

AçO DE BAIXO TEOR EM LIGA PARA TUBOS DE POçOS DE PETRóLEO COM UMA EXCELENTE RESISTêNCIA à RACHADURA POR TENSãO DE SULFETO.A presente invenção refere-se a um aço de baixo teor em liga para tubos de poços de petróleo com uma excelente resistência à rachadura por tensão de sulfeto, que seja adequado para um revestimento ou tubagem para poços de petróleo ou poços de gás. O meio para a solução é um aço de baixo teor em liga para tubos de poços de petróleo, contendo, em porcentagem em massa, C: 0,2 a 0,35%, Si: 0,05 a 0,5%, Mn: 0,05 a 1,0%, P: 0,025% ou menos, 5: 0,01% ou menos, AI: 0,005 a 0,10%, Cr: 0,1 a 1,0%, Mo: 0,5 a 1,0%, Ti: 0,002 a 0,05%, V: 0,05 a 0,3%, B: 0,0001 a 0,005%, N: 0,01% ou menos, O (oxigênio): 0,01% ou menos, Nb: 0 a 0,1%, Ca: O a 0,01 %, Mg: 0 a 0,01%, e Zr O a 0,1%, nos quais a largura de meio-valor H e o coeficiente de difusão de hidrogênio D (10¬ -6¬ cm¬ 2¬/s) satisfazem a seguinte equação (1): 30H + D <243>19,5 equação (1): 30H + D <243>19,5 equação (1).
