Abstract

MATURAçãO DE CéLULA-TRONCO PARA TODAS AS LINHAGENS DE TECIDO A presente invenção provê um tronco híbrido compreendendo uma célula-tronco adulta enucleada que possui um núcleo derivado de uma célula sexual primordial ou de uma célula-tronco embrionária. A célula sexual primordial pode ser uma espermatogónia ou uma ovogónia de um animal ou mamífero doador. A célula-tronco adulta enucleada pode ser fusionada a uma célula sexual primordial ou a uma célula-tronco embrionária por muitos métodos incluindo, mas não limitando a eletrofusão, metodologia de fusão baseada em vírus, fusão química ou fusão baseada em mecânica.
