Abstract

CARTUCHO TERMOSTáTICO DE CONTROLE DE FLUIDOS QUENTES E FRIOS E TORNEIRA MISTURADORA A presente invenção refere-se a um cartucho termostático que compreende dois discos (2, 3) de controle das vazões dos fluidos quente e frio, que possuem cada um uma passagem (2A, 3A) de fluido quente, uma passagem (2B, 3B) de fluido frio e uma passagem (20, 30) de mistura dos fluidos. Esses discos estão unidos entre si de forma móvel, sendo que um dos elementos (3) está unido em rotação a um órgão (4) de comando da vazão da mistura e o outro elemento (2) é fixo. A fim de passar de um órgão de tubulação unido no cartucho, a seção de escoamento da mistura através dos discos (2, 3), definida pela superposição das passagens da mistura (20, 30) no plano (P) de união desses discos, varia em função da configuração do órgão de comando, e o essencial da parte termossensível (5A) de um elemento termostático de controle (5) está situada a jusante, segundo o sentido (F~ c~) de escoamento da mistura, no piano de união dos discos. A presente invenção é adequada para cartuchos termostáticos que compreendem elementos de controle de vazão e temperatura concêntricos, em particular do tipo com um quarto de volta.
