Abstract
APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA MISTURAR, AGITAR E TRANSPORTAR MATERIAIS COMPOSTOS DE MATRIZ METÁLICA OU METÁLICOS SEMI-SàLIDOS OU MATERIAIS FUNDIDOS. Um aparelho 2 e método para misturar, agitar e transportar uma escória de material composto de matriz metálica ou semi-sólido ou fundido incluindo um compartimento 1 para conter a escória. Um dispositivo condutor elétrico 10 aplica à escória um campo magnético móvel para induzir fluxo desse. Um componente 7,8 é fixado e localizado no compartimento para modificar o padrão de fluxo da escória induzido pelo campo magnético móvel.APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MIXING, SHAKING AND TRANSPORTING MATERIAL COMPOUND MATERIAL OR SEMI-SOLID METALLIC MATERIALS OR CAST MATERIALS. An apparatus 2 and method for mixing, agitating and transporting a slag of metal or semi-solid or molten matrix composite material including a compartment 1 for containing the slag. An electrical conductive device 10 applies a moving magnetic field to the slag to induce flux thereof. A component 7,8 is fixed and located in the housing to modify the slag flow pattern induced by the moving magnetic field.
