Abstract

SISTEMA EXTRUSOR E PROCESSO PARA EXTRUSáO DE FLUIDO, INJETOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema extrusor para extrusão de um fluido, compreendendo pelo menos uma unidade de abastecimento, uma unidade misturadora e uma matriz de extrusão. Em conformidade com a presente invenção, pelo menos um dispositivo para produzir um escoamento do fluido (fluido de transporte) que envolva total ou parcialmente o material a ser extrudido e que essencialmente corra em paralelo em direção à saída do material a ser extrudido é apresentado e, através do qual o fluido é descarregado do sistema extrusor por sucção e/ou pressão do escoamento do fluido de transporte através da expulsão do gás. O sistema extrusor permite ainda descarga de produto para produtos providos na faixa do nanómetro.
