Abstract

MéTODO DE NEUTRALIZAR UM HIDROLISADO DE POLISILOXANO. Hidrolisados de polisiloxanos são neutralizados tratando hidrolisados de polisiloxano contendo constituintes ácidos residuais, e então o carbono é removido do hidrolisado de polisiloxano neutralizado tratado. Alguns exemplos de hidreto de hidrolisados de polisiloxano que podem ser tratados são hidrolisados de polisiloxano funcionais e hidrolisados de polidietilsiloxano. O agente neutralizante de carbono especialmente preferido é carbono derivado de carvão betuminoso. O carbono é removido do hidrolisado de polisiloxano neutralizado tratado passando-o através de dispositivos de separação sólido-líquido tais como filtrosprensa do tipo quadro e placa, filtros de polimento, e filtros verticais para remover finos.
