Abstract

COMPOSTOS, USO DESTES, PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAÇçO, COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS, MÉTODO PARA O TRATAMENTO E/OU PROFILAXIA DE DOENÇAS QUE SçO ASSOCIADAS COM A DPP-IV. A presente invenção se refere a compostos de fórmula (I), 2. em que R¹ é como definido nas presentes descrição e reivindicações, e sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos. Os compostos são de utilidade no tratamento e/ou profilaxia de doenças que são associadas com a DPP-IV, tais como, diabetes, particularmente, diabetes melito não- dependente de insulina e tolerância reduzida à glicose.
