Abstract

MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE UM CORPO SINTERIZADO. Esta invenção se refere a um método para formação de um corpo sinterizado tridimensional (100), compreendendo as etapas de a) provisão de um molde básico tendo uma configuração adaptada ao corpo de sinterização que é para ser produzido; b) tratamento da superfície do molde básico para facilitar a aplicação de uma primeira camada superficial (130) do corpo sinterizado (100); c) aplicação de partículas (131) no molde básico, para formar referida primeira camada superficial (130); d) aplicação de pelo menos uma mais camada (120) no topo de referida primeira camada superficial (130); e) tratamento térmico do molde básico (400) e das partículas para formar um corpo sinterizado, no qual a etapa b) é realizada pela provisão de uma camada aderente (604) ao molde básico (400) disposta para aderir as partículas (131) de pelo menos uma porção da camada superficial (130).
