Abstract

MéTODO PARA TERMO-MOLDAR UMA CáMARA FLEXìVEL CHEIA COM FLUIDO. é revelado um método para formar uma câmara flexível cheia com fluído. O método inclui colocar um núcleo entre uma primeira folha e uma segunda folha de material termoplástico. A primeira folha, a segunda folha e o núcleo são comprimidos em um molde de modo que uma primeira parte do molde entre em contato com a primeira folha para ligar a primeira folha com o núcleo, e a primeira parte do molde entra em contato e formata substancialmente toda uma área de parede lateral da primeira folha para formar uma parede lateral da câmara flexivel a partir da área de parede lateral. Uma segunda parte do molde também entra em contato com a segunda para ligar a segunda folha com o núcleo. Em adição, a primeira folha e a segunda folha são comprimidas juntas ao redor da periferia do núcleo para formar uma ligação periférica entre a segunda folha e a parede lateral.
