Abstract
POLIPEPTìDEO ISOLADO, POLINUCLEOTìDEO ISOLADO, MéTODO DE MODULAçãO DA RESPOSTA DE PLANTA A CITOCININA, MéTODO DE MODULAçãO DA ATIVIDADE DE QUINASE DE HISTIDINA EM PLANTAS E METODO DE MODULAçãO DO NìVEL OU DA ATIVIDADE DE POLIPEPTìDEO EM PLANTAS. A presente invenção refere-se aos polinucleotídeos isolados que codificam polipeptídeos de quinase de histidina sensíveis a citocinina, bem como aos polipeptídeos codificados. A presente invenção refere-se ainda aos cassetes de expressão que compreendem os polínucleotideos da invenção, bem como às plantas e células de planta que são transformadas com os polinucleotídeos. Também são descritos métodos de utilização dos polipeptídeos de quinase de histidina sensíveis a citocínina e dos polínucleotideos, para modular a atividade de quinase de hístídina e/ou os níveis de quinase de hístidína, em plantas e células de planta.
