Abstract
MéTODO PARA PROCESSAR CATALISADOR GASTO A PARTIR DE UMA CARGA DE ALIMENTAçãO QUE CONTéM OXIGENADO, E, SISTEMA PARA REGENERAçãO DE CATALISADOR GASTO USADO NA CONVERSãO DE CARGA DE ALIMENTAçãO QUE CONTéM OXIGENADO A OLEFINAS. Cargas de alimentação de alimentação que contêm oxigenado são convertidas a olefinas leves em processo compreendendo carregar um reator (10) com catalisador, alimentar da carga de alimentação para o reator (10), por em contato a carga de alimentação com o catalisador e converter a carga de alimentação em olefinas enquanto depositam-se subprodutos sobre o catalisador resultando em catalisador gasto, regenerando-se o catalisador gasto por contato do catalisador com os gases de combustão e extração do catalisador regenerado dos gases arrastados na etapa de regeneração. A etapa de extração é realizada usando-se gás nitrogênio para extrair os gases arrastados do catalisador regenerado. Em uma modalidade, o catalisador regenerado é passado através de um extrator (70) de catalisador regenerado antes de ser retomado para o reator.
