Abstract

MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA GERENCIAR LATêNCIA DE MIDIA FIM-A-FIM DE VOZ SOBRE PROTOCOLO INTERNET. Trata-se de um método e um equipamento para qerenciar adaptativamente latência de comunicação, que incluem processar um ou mais quadros de dados em uma rede de comunicação; amostrar o quadro ou quadros de dados de acordo com um primeiro tempo de amostragem; interpolar o quadro ou quadros de dados amostrados; e formar uma forma de onda de execução utilizando o quadro ou quadros de dados e que tem uma extensão predeterminada no tempo. O quadro ou quadros de dados pode ser um ou mais quadros de vocoder, e o tempo de execução do quadro ou quadros de vocoder é diferente do tempo de amostragem original.
