Abstract

LAMINADO E FOLHA DE RESINA TERMOPLáSTICA. Uma folha de resina termoplástica é fornecida a qual tem boa resistência à penetração sobre uma faixa de região de temperatura baixa a alta e pode ser empregada como uma película intermediária de um vidro laminado. A folha de resina termoplástica tem uma tal estrutura em camadas que uma primeira camada de resina de acetal de polivinila (A) é fornecida em cada lado de uma segunda camada de resina de acetal de polivinila (6). A primeira camada de resina de acetal de polivinila (A) é compreendida principalmente de um produto acetalizada de álcool polivinílico com aldeído (a) tendo 4 - 6 átomos de carbono. A segunda camada de resina de acetal de polivinila (B) é compreendida principalmente de um produto coacetalizado de álcool polivinílico com aldeído (a) tendo 4 - 6 átomos de carbono e aldeido (b) tendo 1 - 3 átomos de carbono. Uma unidade de polímero (X) derivada do aldeído (a) e uma unidade de polímero (Y) derivada do aldeído (b), no total, são responsáveis por pelo menos 55% em mol, enquanto a primeira unidade de polímero (X) é responsável apenas por 0,5 - 80% em mol do total do produto coacetalizado.
