Abstract

ENTALHE FORMADO NA CABEçA DE UM PARAFUSO, MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM PERFURADOR PARA FORMAçãO DE UM ENTALHE NA CABEçA DE UM PARAFUSO E PERFURADOR PARA FORMAçãO DO ENTALHE NA CABEçA DE UM PARAFUSO. O parafuso (10) deste pedido é projetado para facilitar a inserção de ferramentas elétricas de transmissão de rotação no entalhe (18) do parafuso (10). Os entalhes (18) deste parafuso (10) geralmente utilizam superfícies de transmissão espiralmente configuradas e são formadas num mandril (2) na superfície superior do parafuso (10). Os lóbulos de transmissão apresentam superfícies superiores que são escavadas numa distância no mandril (2). Uma superfície inclinada é formada nas superfícies superiores que fazem um ponto de rotação cair dentro do entalhe (18) de maneira encaixada.
