Abstract

A presente invenção está relacionada à expandade mutante que é uma variante de um polipeptídeo-modelo com atividade de expandase em que a expandase mutante tem uma atividade de expandase in vitro aumentada em pelo menos 2 vezes contra adipil-6-APA, em comparação com o polipeptídeo-modele com atividade de expandase.
