Abstract
MéTODO PARA PROLONGAR O TEMPO DE VIDA úTIL DA TUBULAçãO DE PAREDE DELGADA E TUBULAçãO DE PAREDE DELGADA ISENTA DE TENSãO POR SOLDA AUSTEMPERADA. Trata-se de um método para prolongar o tempo de vida útil de uma tubulação de parede delgada ao austemperar a tubulação em um processo de funcionamento contínuo controlado que envolve aquecimento, resfriamento brusco, e resfriamento da tubulação conforme parâmetros de processo predeterminados. A invenção refere-se ainda a um processo para austemperar a tubulação dotada de uma costura soldada e para liberar a tensão residual na soldagem. A invenção refere-se adicionalmente a um produto do processo acima, assim como uma tubulação de parede delgada isenta de tensão por solda austemperada e tal tubulação em combinação com outro aparelho, com o qual é adequado para o uso na produção de hidrocarbonos.METHOD FOR EXTENDING THE LIFELONG WALL PIPE LIFE-TIME AND THIN-FREE WELD-TENSED WALL-FREE PIPE. This is a method of extending the life of a thin-walled pipe by austempering the pipe in a continuous controlled operating process that involves heating, rough cooling, and pipe cooling to predetermined process parameters. The invention further relates to a process for austempering the pipe having a welded seam and for releasing residual stress on welding. The invention further relates to a product of the above process as well as austempered welded stress-free thin-walled pipe and such pipe in combination with another apparatus with which it is suitable for use in hydrocarbon production.
