Abstract

SISTEMA, APARELHO E MéTODO DE MOLDAGEM A INJEçãO CONVERSìVEL A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de moldagem a injeção conversível utiliza um quadro de moldagem (base) padronizado e reutilizável e moldes modulares formados de várias combinações de elementos de pilha. A base de moldagem pode suportar uma ou mais pilhas. Componentes de pilha brutos incluem um bloco de cavidade, um bloco de núcleo, um suporte de inserto primário, um suporte de inserto secundário, uma placa retentora de ejetor, um inserto de placa ejetora e um inserto de placa grampeadora. Esses componentes podem ser montados em quatro configurações diferentes com três seqüências de abertura/fechamento diferentes.
