"PNEUMáTICO TENDO UMA ESTRUTURA DE REFORçO DE ABAULAMENTO COM UMA PLURALIDADE DE TIRAS ADJACENTES COM REFORçO DE CORDãO E PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO OU RECAUCHUTAGEM DE TAL PNEUMáTICO". é descrito um pneumático tendo uma carcaça e uma região de abaulamento, a região de abaulamento compreendendo uma estrutura de reforço de abaulamento e uma parte de banda de rodagem com um lado radialmente interno e uma banda de rodagem em seu lado radialmente externo. A estrutura de reforço de abaulamento está localizada entre a parte de banda de rodagem e a carcaça e compreende uma pluralidade de tiras adjacentes reforçadas por cordões. As tiras reforçadas por cordão estão em contato direto tanto com o lado interno da parte de banda de rodagem quanto são separadas da parte de banda de rodagem somente por uma camada de coxim de borracha. Um processo de fabricar tal pneumático, compreende as etapas de: (1) preparar um conjunto com uma carcaça, uma camada de lona emborrachada reforçando a banda de rodagem crua aplicada radialmente na parte superior da carcaça, e uma parte de banda de rodagem crua aplicada na camada de lona emborrachada reforçando a banda de rodagem crua, e (2) transferir o conjunto no pneumático curando. A camada de lona crua é formada enrolando um cordão emborrachado cru contínuo compreendendo a tira radialmente na parte superior da carcaça ou uma camada intermediária aplicada na carcaça. A parte de banda de rodagem crua é aplicada de tal maneira na camada de lona emborrachada reforçando a banda de rodagem crua que está tanto em contato direto com a camada de lona emborrachada reforçando a banda de rodagem crua ou que está separada da camada de lona emborrachada reforçando a banda de rodagem crua somente por uma camada de coxim de borracha.
