Abstract

INTEGRAçAO DE MARCA DàGUA. De acordo com um esquema da invenção para introduzir uma marca dágua em um sinal de informação, o sinal de informação (12) é primeiramente transferido de uma representação de tempo (22) para uma representação espectral/espectral de modulação (30). O sinal de informação é então manipulado na representação espectral/espectral de modulação (30) na dependência de a marca dágua (14) ser introduzida para obter uma representação espectral/espectral de modulação modificada e, subseqüentemente, um sinal de informação provido e uma marca dágua (16) é formado com base na representação espectral/espectral de modulação modificada. Uma vantagem é que, uma vez que a marca dágua (14) é integrada e/ou derivada na representação espectral/espectral de modulação ou faixa, ataques de correlação tradicional, conforme são utilizados nos métodos de marca dágua baseados em uma modulação de banda de difusão, não podem ser facilmente bem sucedidos.
